1. What We Collect
- Account: email, username, date of birth (18+ verification), password (bcrypt hash only)
- Gameplay & wellness data: game results, Lotus Coins balance, Serenity Level, Breathe & Spin session history (anonymised — we do not store biometric breathing data), Daily Intention history and streak data
- Technical: IP address, browser type, device, session timestamps — legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention)
- Payment (Serenity Pass only): Stripe processes payments; we do not store card numbers
- Communications: support emails and contact form submissions
2. How We Use Your Information (APP 6)
- To create and operate your account
- To run Zen Garden Slots, River Flow Roulette, Flow Poker, Stillness Blackjack, Breathe & Spin, and Daily Intention
- To process Serenity Pass subscription payments and issue GST-compliant tax invoices
- To send service communications (required) and marketing communications (opt-in, Spam Act 2003 compliant)
- To calculate Serenity Levels, leaderboards, and Daily Intention streaks
- To comply with applicable Australian law
3. Your Rights (APP 12, APP 13)
- Access (APP 12): [email protected] — response within 30 days
- Correction (APP 13): Settings → Account or via email
- Account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Data removed promptly.
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe link in every email (Spam Act 2003)

4. Notifiable Data Breaches (Privacy Act 1988, Part IIIC)
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify OAIC and affected individuals as soon as practicable. We maintain an internal NDB response procedure.
5. Overseas Disclosure (APP 8)
Some service providers are outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information consistently with the APPs.
