By accessing serenityyogawithlaura.com ("Serenity Games" or the "Platform"), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them with the same presence you bring to your practice.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use Serenity Games. By registering, you confirm this requirement.
4. Nature of Platform — Not Gambling
Serenity Games is a free social casino for entertainment purposes only. It is NOT an interactive gambling service under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) or gambling under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) because:
- (a) No real money or money's worth is required, accepted, or staked to play any game
- (b) No real money or anything having monetary value is awarded as a prize
- (c) Lotus Coins — the Platform's virtual currency — are not money or money's worth
Serenity yoga with laura does not hold and is not required to hold an ACMA interactive gambling service licence.
5. Lotus Coins — Virtual Currency
Lotus Coins () are Serenity Games' virtual points system. Lotus Coins: (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or goods; (c) cannot be transferred between accounts; (d) cannot be purchased with real money; (e) are earned through gameplay and wellness features (including Breathe & Spin and Daily Intention) only.
6. Breathe & Spin and Daily Intention — Wellness Features
Breathe & Spin is an optional wellness pause feature. Lotus Coins awarded for completing Breathe & Spin are a fixed reward for engaging with a wellness feature, not a gambling prize. Daily Intention is a free daily feature offering one complimentary spin and a wellness affirmation. Neither Breathe & Spin nor Daily Intention constitutes gambling, a lottery, or a prize promotion under any applicable Australian law.
7. Serenity Pass Subscription
Serenity Pass is a cosmetic subscription at AUD $3.99 per month inclusive of 10% GST. It provides cosmetic benefits and additional Daily Intention spins — it confers zero competitive gameplay advantage. Cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Serenity Pass subscription must match its description and be fit for purpose.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use bots or automated tools; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) exploit bugs for unfair advantage; (d) harass other users; (e) attempt to assign monetary value to Lotus Coins; (f) impersonate Laura or other users.
9. Intellectual Property
All content — including Zen Garden Slots game design, River Flow Roulette themes, the Laura character, Breathe & Spin mechanics, Daily Intention affirmations, and all visual design — is owned by Serenity yoga with laura or its licensors and protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
10. Consumer Rights — ACL
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
